Support message type filter in unallowed_ip_addresses method of the Web interface API. This will allow to build a custom redirection mechanisms without FreenetIS cooperation (redirection utility will know the type of the redirection).
This change must be backward compatible in order to prevent any changes in the FreenetIS redirection module.
